Office Additions

This project began on November 22nd with ground breaking for two additions on this office building. The expansion will generate more efficiency in the office and allow for room to grow. Not only are we creating new rooms, we will also be renovating the inside of the existing structure with fresh paint and new floor coverings. Our crew and local subcontractors will work 7 days a week to minimize down time for this business. Upon re-opening, the office staff and customers will be greeted with a whole new look and feel from the updated facility.

Sun Room Addition #2

We broke ground for this 12′ x 12′ addition on November 3, 2010, so our customers are excited to enjoy this room by Christmas. The new room will be finished with Andersen windows and cedar siding to match the existing finish of the main house.

2nd Floor Bathroom Addition

This 2nd floor bathroom project began on August 16, 2010 and will be a welocme “addition” to this classic farm house. As with most “turn of the century” home projects, each day presents new challenges. Thankfully, our crew and experienced sub-contractors can find solutions to the toughest of obstacles for retro-fitting the new with the old.

Sun Room Addition

This sun room addition utilizes large windows to enjoy the view and natural cedar to bring the comfort of the outdoors indoors.

Family Room Addition

A family room addition was welcome space to this cape code home. Notice how we relocated the triangle windows in the gable end of the house to make room for the addtion. This still allowed a generous amount of natural light into the main house.

Living Room Addition

We broke ground for this project on March 23, 2010 and finished on June 23rd. We thank our crew and sub-contractors for a speedy completion of this 400sf living room addition. The below pictures are a couple of before photos, followed by progression photos.

Great Room Addition

This project is also featured in the “Kitchens” gallery under the heading “Gourmet Kitchen”. We built a large addition on this home which included construction of the new kitchen, a large family room, new walk out deck with pool and a new master bedroom. We also freshened up the formal living room with some new shades of paint.

Here is a project where we added a large addition around an exisitng home to create a beatiful family owned business.
