Bright New Kitchen

For this kitchen remodel we removed a partial wall that housed an eat-at-bar and above head cabinets. This opened up the kitchen to flow in to the dining room. Bright cabinets, beautiful tile backsplash, rich granite countertops and golden wood flooring has turned this out-dated kitchen into a bright, sunny heart of this home.

From Stucco to Siding

We are transforming this older Tudor Stucco house into a more modern, energy efficient home. We are doing so by installing Crane Board insulated vinyl siding and Anderson windows. Not only will this dramatically change the appearance, it will lower their utility bills considerably. Stay tuned for the stunning results

Kitchen Addition

We are going to be adding 310 sq ft to the exisiting kitchen size, while totally redoing this portion of the house. The sun room on the back of the house will be removed to make way for the expansion of the structure. Stay tuned for new photos showing our progress in transforming this charming, but outdated room, into the client’s dream kitchen.

Custom Garage Shelves

Just because it’s the garage doesn’t mean it can’t look clean and organized. We built these shelves for a client who was having their basement remodeled by us. The basement was filled with boxes and “stuff” that needed a new home. The garage was already home to alot of other “stuff” that could use a little organization. So voila, we built these ingenious shelves that would give everything a tidy home, plus allow them to be found easily. There is even a place to put the bikes under the shelving unit. Who knew a garage could look so good?

Wide Open Spaces

For this project we continued the look of the upstairs into the basement. From the “before” photos, you can see that the basement was exceptionally clean and uncluttered but totally unfinished. We took this blank canvas and turned it into a beautiful extension of the rest of the home. Clean lines, bright walls and beautiful glossy wood floors turned this unused space into a perfect area for a multitude of uses. This includes a secluded office, family room with working fireplace, play area for the children, entertainment area complete with a wet bar and a full bathroom.

Pub and Party Basement

From the before pictures, you can see that this basement was used for storage only. After our incredible transformation, this family now has an additional 1500 sq.ft. to use for their own personal pub, a billiards room, and state of the art entertainment lounge. No longer the dark and creepy basement, this is the part of the home where everyone wants to be.

Office Additions

This project began on November 22nd with ground breaking for two additions on this office building. The expansion will generate more efficiency in the office and allow for room to grow. Not only are we creating new rooms, we will also be renovating the inside of the existing structure with fresh paint and new floor coverings. Our crew and local subcontractors will work 7 days a week to minimize down time for this business. Upon re-opening, the office staff and customers will be greeted with a whole new look and feel from the updated facility.

Maintenance Free Composite Deck

This deck is made of composite materials which utilize new technology. Because this innovative material does not need to be stained, it reduces the upkeep dramatically compared to a traditional deck.

Sun Room Addition #2

We broke ground for this 12′ x 12′ addition on November 3, 2010, so our customers are excited to enjoy this room by Christmas. The new room will be finished with Andersen windows and cedar siding to match the existing finish of the main house.

Retail Store Remodel

This project began on September 2, 2010. We will transform an old furniture store into a cool new bike shop. The renovation is about 4000 sf of space and will include a repair area, raised floor area for retail sales and some office space. The demolition had been underway from the owners and we simply were able to start construction of the new partition walls and raised floor area. This project was completed by November 1st and they were open for business for the first Saturday of the month. This was a fun project to be a part of and when the owners added the custom bike displays and retail displays, it really put the finishing touches on a job well done!
