This project began on September 2, 2010. We will transform an old furniture store into a cool new bike shop. The renovation is about 4000 sf of space and will include a repair area, raised floor area for retail sales and some office space. The demolition had been underway from the owners and we simply were able to start construction of the new partition walls and raised floor area. This project was completed by November 1st and they were open for business for the first Saturday of the month. This was a fun project to be a part of and when the owners added the custom bike displays and retail displays, it really put the finishing touches on a job well done!
